The Problem

There has been a major rise in depression, obesity, diabetes and ADHD in the United States. The underlying cause of much of this rise can be attributed to the more sedentary lifestyle of today’s generation, in particular our youth.

The Solution

The solution, at least in part, is to get back to the more active lifestyles of our forebears. Many studies have linked being outdoors and active with improvements in overall physical and mental health.
